Premier Inn – Salisbury is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast and dinner service. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming hotel experience.

No hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. This is a permanent full-time role with structured training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
