Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Elmbridge to provide an outstanding guest experience. You will manage bookings, answer inquiries, host events, and help run a variety of activities including Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and reliable team support. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, keeping the centre clean, and ensuring every visitor has a memorable, safe and enjoyable visit.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work across departments and maintain high standards.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, manage reception bookings and enquiries.
• Host events, serve food and drinks, and keep areas clean.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke teams.
• Support children’s parties and keep a friendly, efficient service.
