Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) in the United Kingdom seeks a friendly Customer Service Assistant to manage bookings, answer queries, identify sales opportunities and host events. You will serve food and drinks, help keep the centre clean, and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers.

You will work across departments including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties, with a proactive attitude and great communication skills.
