Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean and welcoming.

You’ll work across departments, including Laser Arena and Escape Rooms, in a fast-paced, fun environment where confidence and energy matter. 16+ welcome; evenings and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and a can-do attitude.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean.
• Support across departments during busy periods.
