Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and help identify sales opportunities while hosting events and ensuring the centre runs smoothly.

You'll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children's parties. The role requires energy, a friendly approach, and a strong team spirit, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
