Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at our Southampton centre to deliver a fun, high-energy experience for guests across multiple activities including bowling, laser arena, escape rooms and karaoke.

You will greet guests, manage bookings, handle enquiries, spot sales opportunities, host events, keep venues clean, and assist with food and drinks. A friendly, proactive and team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Determined, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks.
• Work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and bar service.
