You will serve food and drinks, keep the venue clean and welcoming, and support the team across multiple departments such as Laser Arena and Escape Room experiences.

The role requires a friendly, proactive approach, with excellent service as a priority and full flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
