Job summary

You’ll greet guests with energy, know the menu inside out, and guide customers through kiosks and the app, ensuring quick, accurate orders in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech savvy. You know your way around digital ordering and can show guests how it works without stress.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always. Greet every guest with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out. Answer questions, shout promos, help guests pick what’s right.
• Make tech feel easy. Show guests how to use kiosks or the app and how to order.
• Keep it moving. Watch the crowd, reduce wait times, keep guests informed about their order.
• Handle complaints like a pro. Listen, stay calm, fix what you can, loop in a supervisor if needed.
