Job summary

KFC in the United Kingdom is looking for a friendly team member to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with digital orders so nothing slows them down. You’ll also spot and solve problems on the fly, support the team, and help raise the bar for great service every day.

You’ll keep things moving, know the menu inside out, assist guests with kiosks and the app, and help ensure orders are accurate and timely. This is a hands-on, guest‑facing role in our fast-paced restaurant.
