Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is hiring Guest Service Assistants to deliver warm, welcoming experiences across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You will receive full training and have opportunities to develop in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check-in/out, food and beverage service, conference setups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach to individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service each shift.
• Represent our values and culture with guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
