Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience in our UK hotels. You will receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas, from reception to food and beverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Represent brand standards and contribute to guest experience every shift.
