Job summary

Celonis is seeking a GTM Program Manager to design and execute strategic GTM programs that drive business impact. You will translate high-level strategy into executable programs with clear objectives, deliverables and success metrics, partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs and initiatives in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies.
• End-to-end program delivery and measurement from strategy through execution.
• Strong strategic thinking with clear objectives and critical path.
• Excellent stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders.
• PM/PMO skills including planning, tracking, risk and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market practices and sales processes.
• Experience applying AI/emerging tech to GTM challenges.
• Strong analytics to define metrics and derive insights from results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive storytelling.
• Execution-focused with attention to detail and multi-workstream delivery.
• Collaborative mindset suitable for matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate objectives into defined programs with milestones and success metrics.
• Design end-to-end GTM programs including account targeting, sales methodology adoption, and enablement.
• Manage program execution through planning, launch, measurement and optimization; create detailed plans and resource needs.
• Align with regional sales, marketing, product teams and executives; secure buy-in and manage expectations.
• Identify and implement AI and emerging technologies to boost GTM effectiveness and productivity.
• Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create compelling program communications, collateral and training materials.
• Track program impact with KPIs; produce regular progress reports.
• Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks; recommend adjustments.
• Contribute to overall GTM strategy and new program ideas.
