Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support GTM business needs analysis and translate insights into enablement requirements.
• Design and deliver enablement programs and assets across formats to translate priorities into practice.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate inputs into enablement programs and assets.
• Demonstrate impact of enablement programs using data and outputs.
• Align enablement activities with events such as product releases and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain competency and certification programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve enablement effectiveness.
• Support enablement governance for timely, targeted content and continuous improvement.
• Support frontline managers with insights from live opportunities to reinforce frameworks.
