Job summary

Mistral is seeking an Enablement Lead, GTM Programs to shape our scalable seller enablement. You’ll architect curricula, certification, and field cadences, partnering with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to drive repeatable, high-impact programs.

You’ll design global enablement frameworks for Account Executives and Deployment Strategists, own field cadence, and ensure programs scale with rapid growth in a technically complex AI market.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in enablement, revenue programs, pre-sales, or sales operations.
• Proven builder of scalable enablement systems, not just execution.
• GTM fluency with enterprise sales motions, CRM systems, and stage gates.
• Architectural thinking to turn ambiguous knowledge into repeatable programs.
• Operational excellence managing complex, interdependent workstreams.
• Clear communicator with the ability to influence a field audience.
• AI/ML or complex B2B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the blueprint for GTM enablement for Account Executives and Deployment Strategists: curriculum architecture, certification frameworks, and field programs that scale our selling motion.
• Drive the operational engine: bi‑weekly field cadence with Product and Marketing, SKO ownership, and frameworks that make enablement repeatable.
• Set the quality bar: assessments that prove competence, not attendance, and systems that compound learning over time.
• Be the field voice: clear, credible communications that ensure enablement lands with impact.
• Define the global standard: programs designed for reuse across regions, built to scale with Mistral’s growth.
