Job summary

Celonis is seeking a GTM Program Manager to own end-to-end GTM programs that translate strategy into executable initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption, enablement, and measurable impact across regions.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, define objectives, and implement AI-driven enhancements to GTM effectiveness while tracking KPIs and delivering compelling communications and training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programs in SaaS/AI tech companies.
• Able to drive end-to-end programs from strategy through measurement.
• Strong strategic thinking with clear program objectives and critical path.
• Excellent stakeholder management; influence senior leaders and align priorities.
• PM/PMO expertise: planning, tracking, risk management and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market best practices and drives of GTM productivity.
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies; apply tools to GTM challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and extract insights from results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate objectives into defined programs with goals and milestones.
• Design end-to-end GTM programs including account targeting, sales-methodology adoption, and enablement.
• Manage program execution from planning through launch to measurement and optimization.
• Align regional leaders, marketing, product, and executives; secure buy-in throughout lifecycle.
• Identify and implement AI and emerging tech to enhance GTM effectiveness and productivity.
• Gather feedback from sales and customers to drive optimization and improvements.
• Create compelling program communications, collateral, and training materials.
• Track program impact with KPIs; report progress and business outcomes.
• Identify issues and recommend adjustments to ensure program success.
• Contribute to overall GTM strategy and propose new programs for incremental impact.
