Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate objectives into defined programs with milestones and success metrics.
• Design end-to-end GTM programs including account targeting, sales methodology adoption, and enablement.
• Manage program execution through planning, launch, measurement and optimization; create detailed plans and resource needs.
• Align with regional sales, marketing, product teams and executives; secure buy-in and manage expectations.
• Identify and implement AI and emerging technologies to boost GTM effectiveness and productivity.
• Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create compelling program communications, collateral and training materials.
• Track program impact with KPIs; produce regular progress reports.
• Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks; recommend adjustments.
• Contribute to overall GTM strategy and new program ideas.

The Team:

The GTM Program Manager will work as part of the GTM Programs and Sales Enablement team, reporting to the VP GTM Programs and Sales Enablement. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and beyond to design and deliver programs that move the needle for Celonis' go-to-market.

The Role:

As a GTM Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end design and execution of strategic GTM programs that drive business impact. You will translate high-level strategy into executable programs with clear objectives, deliverables and success metrics. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful program delivery. In this role, you will also drive innovation in how we leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance GTM effectiveness and team productivity.

The work you'll do:

• Partner with GTM leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into well-defined programs with clear goals, milestones and success metrics
• Design end-to-end GTM programs including those focused on account targeting, sales methodology adoption, team engagement, customer enablement and cross-functional initiatives
• Manage program execution across all phases from planning through launch to measurement and optimization; create detailed project plans, timelines and resource requirements
• Align senior stakeholders including regional sales leaders, marketing leaders, product teams and executives; secure buy-in and manage expectations throughout program lifecycle
• Identify, evaluate and implement AI and emerging technologies that enhance GTM effectiveness, team productivity and customer engagement
• Gather and analyze feedback from sales teams and customers to identify areas for program optimization and continuous improvement
• Create compelling program communications, collateral and training materials that drive awareness, adoption and engagement
• Track and measure program impact through appropriate KPIs and metrics; produce regular reports on progress and business outcomes
• Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that may impact program success; make recommendations for program adjustments or enhancements
• Contribute to the overall GTM strategy and provide recommendations on new programs or initiatives that could drive incremental impact

The qualifications you need:

• Experience managing complex programs and initiatives in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies, in roles such as sales operations, marketing operations or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to drive programs end-to-end from strategy through successful execution and measurement
• Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to understand business context, define clear program objectives and identify critical path to success
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional dependencies and align diverse priorities
• Project and program management expertise including planning, tracking, risk management and issue resolution
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market best practices, sales processes and the drivers of GTM productivity
• Experience with and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies; ability to identify and apply relevant tools and approaches to GTM challenges
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics, gather data and draw insights from program results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling narratives and communicate progress to diverse audiences
• Execution-focused with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver with high quality
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with ability to work effectively in matrix organizations
