A recruitment partner is seeking a results-driven GTM Engineer in the United Kingdom. You will own the creation, deployment, and optimization of automated sales campaigns, leveraging AI tools and no-code platforms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth engineering, and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Compensation is competitive at $120,000–$130,000 OTE with benefits including 35 PTO days and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, growth engineering, or sales enablement roles.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns that directly impact sales pipeline.
• CEFR C2 / ILR 5 English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creation, deployment, and optimization of AI-enabled sales campaigns.
• Build 4 campaigns or experiments per month, meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
