Job summary

Kernel is building an AI-native revenue engine. We seek a GTM Engineer to own the systems behind how we find, sell to and grow customers, from Salesforce to forecasting and expansions. This hands-on role focuses on shipping practical workflows, not just strategy, using Clay, APIs, and automation tools.

You will report to the Head of Finance & Operations and collaborate with Sales leadership in a fast-paced, office-based London setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of RevOps/Sales Ops/GTM Engineering experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Deep Salesforce fluency: objects, fields, formulas, flows, reports and data migration.
• Strong GTM building ability with Clay, APIs, automation platforms and AI tools.
• Commercial judgment: translate accounts to meetings to pipeline to revenue.
• Strong data instincts and measurement feedback loops.
• Clear, low-ego communication to translate messy requests into crisp decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build a better outbound engine with targeted accounts, signals, enrichment, prioritization and sequencing.
• Increase GTM team productivity by automating repetitive work and CRM hygiene.
• Own revenue operating infrastructure: pipeline management, forecasting, quota planning and renewals.
• Set engagement rules: account assignment, routing and crediting meetings.
• Improve revenue workflows: routing, attribution, cross-functional handoffs and transparency.
• Deploy Kernel in our CRM and use it to improve GTM data and feedback for product.
