Job summary

Zone & Co seeks a GTM Engineering leader to architect the data, integrations, and automation powering scalable pipeline generation within NetSuite-based finance software. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, data quality, compliance, and cost control while maturing the GTM tech stack and team.

You will evolve the team from manual prospecting to building production-grade systems, mentoring BDRs into GTM engineers and delivering measurable improvements in pipeline and conversion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building GTM automation and integrations hands-on.
• Deep experience with Clay or comparable enrichment/workflow platform.
• Strong Salesforce data governance experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript to build workflows.
• Experience with Tableau or Looker for reporting.
• Proven use of LLMs and agentic tooling in revenue workflows.
• Understanding of BANT / MEDDIC and multi-touch attribution.
• Knowledge of deliverability, data quality and GDPR/CAN-SPAM.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM data, integrations, and automation powering pipeline generation.
• Design data flows with contracts and mapping across CRM, marketing tools, and data warehouse.
• Lead inbound/outbound workflows: scoring, routing, enrichment, sequencing, conversion tracking.
• Translate opportunities into production-ready solutions and automate repetitive tasks.
• Guide BDRs into GTM engineering and mentor the team.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and cost controls from day one.
