Job summary

White Circle is seeking a GTM Engineer to automate low-value commercial work and build scalable systems that generate qualified pipeline at scale. You’ll own the GTM infrastructure end to end: design the data model, keep the CRM reliable, connect the stack, deploy AI agents, automate outbound and inbound workflows, and continuously improve how we acquire and retain customers.

London-based, hybrid role with equity and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, technical RevOps, or growth roles building automations and pipelines.
• Experience designing and scaling systems in a high-growth company.
• Hands-on with modern GTM tooling like Claude Code, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n; built multi-step enrichment/workflows.
• Proficient in Python or SQL to work with data and API integrations.
• Top-of-funnel focus: create systems that generate qualified pipeline from ICP to booked meetings.
• Experience in programmatic SEO and AEO.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Automate low-value work in the commercial process to free up Sales time for closing deals.
• Design and build systems powering how we acquire and retain customers (outbound and inbound).
• Own the CRM; keep data clean, structured, and reliable.
