Job summary

incident.io is building the AI software reliability platform used by leading engineering teams. You’ll join to build and run the revenue systems, directly engaging with users to identify pain points, then deliver the right automation, integrations, or internal tools.

You’ll own these systems end-to-end, including production reliability and evolving the stack as the company grows. You’ll partner with BDRs, AEs, CSM, Marketing, and GTM leadership to understand workflows, reduce friction, and ship

Qualifications

• You’re a software builder who works on real-world problems.
• Product minded; you ask users and understand problems before solving.
• Familiar with GTM workflows and related systems.
• You think in systems: APIs, data models and integrations.
• Pragmatic with technology; prefer existing tools when sensible.
• You use AI in your own work and evaluate when it helps.
• You can own work, turn ambiguity into useful outcomes.
• You communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience procuring and rolled-out new tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the software and systems the revenue team relies on.
• Collaborate with BDRs, AEs, CSM, Marketing and GTM leadership.
• Identify repetitive tasks, data flows, and tool friction to improve.
• Determine the right solution: automation, integration, or internal tool.
• Ship and validate impact; own production systems.AI workflows and conventional software opportunities welcomed.
• Evolve GTM stack as the company grows; ensure dependable systems.
• Own what you build in production and debug when issues arise.
• Balance AI experiments with reliable, maintainable solutions.
