Qualifications

• Experience leading growth, demand generation or GTM in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Ability to define ICPs, positioning and GTM strategies from scratch.
• Data-driven, analytical approach focused on pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on leader capable of building and scaling a growth team.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's overall growth strategy.
• Develop ICPs, positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Build scalable acquisition channels across outbound, content, partnerships and more.
• Develop targeted outbound campaigns using AI capabilities.
• Own growth experimentation and measure messaging, channels, audiences and propositions.
• Translate customer insight into product and GTM decisions with founders.
• Establish growth metrics, reporting and an experimentation framework.
• Create a repeatable growth playbook that scales with the company.
• Help build the initial growth team and processes.
