• 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function.
• Strong data fluency and quantitative skills.
• Experience with data governance and data quality at scale.
• Experience with firmographic and technographic data enrichment.
• Experience integrating CRM with external data systems and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive data strategy and execution for Revenue Operations.
• Partner with Sales Leaders, IT, Data, Analytics to up-level data quality and scale processes.
• Build a roadmap for agile, trustworthy customer and firmographic data strategy and governance.
• Lead AI implementation to reduce inefficiencies from unclear data.
• Collaborate with Data, Intelligence, Analytics, and IT to implement data tools ensuring business alignment.
• Create and maintain playbooks for repeatable tasks and policy compliance.
• Identify data source owners and ensure accountability.
• Address data-related issues with stakeholders and manage change.
