Bell Integration is seeking a Senior Revenue Data Owner to govern the data underpinning GTM decisions. You will own the data quality, definitions, and standards across CRM and revenue systems, driving adoption with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

The role blends hands-on Power BI, Python, and SQL work with strategic governance to enable automation and AI readiness. You will begin by cleansing CRM data, building a trusted foundation, and delivering segmentation and dashboards on top.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in data, revenue, sales, or business analytics.
• Background in IT reseller, systems integrator, MSP, or distributor with vendor-led multi-product sales.
• Proven ability to set data standards and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience establishing data governance practices with metric definitions and data quality monitoring.
• Strong hands-on skills in Power BI (data modeling and DAX), Python (pandas), and SQL.

Aufgaben

• Own the revenue data domain, ensuring quality, completeness, and consistency across CRM and revenue systems.
• Define, document, and maintain metric definitions, data standards, field ownership, and data lineage.
• Set data standards and drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, influencing stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of data quality issues and fix them at the source with partnerships with Sales Ops.
• Establish ongoing data quality monitoring to keep data clean after cleanup.
• Prepare data for automation and AI use with clear definitions and rules on data usage.
• Own the analytics roadmap and prioritize requests with Sales Ops and GTM Ops.
