Job summary

Cloudflare in London is seeking a Director, Customer Engineering to scale the CE organization across regions, align with enterprise customers, and drive AI-augmented GTM initiatives.

You will oversee multiple teams and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to shape strategy, forecast revenue, and ensure high-impact outcomes. This role requires 10+ years in go-to-market leadership in SaaS or cloud.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical go-to-market roles with SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading managers and owning revenue targets at scale.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop and coach senior engineers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-team CE organization across regions and domains.
• Own regional or domain CE revenue forecasts, pipeline reviews, and account planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to drive platform-led selling.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and dashboards to improve field productivity.
• Represent CE in executive reviews and strategic customer engagements.
