Job summary
Cloudflare seeks a Customer Engineer to drive our technical go-to-market strategy as a trusted advisor and primary architect of the customer journey. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from initial validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion.
You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, leading technical deep-dive discovery, PoCs, and tailored demonstrations while partnering with Account Executives to own
Qualifications
- Customer-facing technical experience required.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, or Go.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and PoCs, capturing business requirements and mapping customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
- Define deployment strategies and success criteria for technical validations.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations, diagrams, and demonstrations to show value and ROI for customers.
- Own discovery, onboarding, health, risk and expansion strategies with Account Executives.
