Job summary

360Learning is seeking a senior leader to own the internal AI operating model for GTM, shaping how AI augments Salesforce, marketing automation, and CS tooling. You will partner with Data, Enablement, Security and Finance to design the target state, prioritize builds vs buys, and drive adoption across distributed teams.

You will coach five senior ICs, run end-to-end vendor evaluations, and craft a 12–18 month roadmap aligned to revenue goals with measurable outcomes and clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years across GTM systems, AI workflow products or adjacent roles.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into scalable tooling across the revenue engine.
• Fluency in Salesforce, marketing automation, and related tools.
• Experience with AI agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI operating model for GTM—library of skills, agent evals, cost, adoption and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify best AI solutions and drive adoption.
• Own the long-term design of the GTM stack—CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling.
• Prioritize builds vs. buys and size the cost/feasibility of solutions.
• Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops.
• Run end-to-end vendor evaluations, renewals and keep-or-kill reviews.
• Partner with leaders in Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and other commercial functions.
• Drive change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
