Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a senior Principal Engineer to own GTM-facing data products and the underlying data foundation. You'll drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver scalable software that accelerates the developer adoption and customer journey on Cloudflare's platform.

The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, Go, and SQL, with prior experience at scale and in a PLG/GTM environment.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of large data initiatives.
• Strong SQL analytics and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM-facing software and data products end-to-end, including data foundation and signals for account targeting.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams and systems with high autonomy.
• Improve pipeline visualization and build sales tools to accelerate customer outreach.
• Own production services on Cloudflare Workers and Kubernetes and monitor reliability.
• Apply AI tools to speed up development and operations in a GTM context.
