Job summary

Hamberley Care Management Limited seeks a Customer Relations Manager to lead local networking activity and promote Meryton Place, a luxury care home in Keynsham, to drive occupancy and revenue targets.

The role focuses on building referral relationships, handling sales enquiries, hosting visits, and supporting the marketing strategy with the Group Sales Team, while representing the brand to residents, relatives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience within Care Home, Retirement Living or Healthcare sectors.
• Sales and customer service experience in face-to-face or business-to-customer capacity.
• Engaging stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct networking and prospecting activities to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Handle sales enquiries to maximise occupancy and sales of the care home.
• Host prospective customer visits, complete follow‑up calls and identify key referral groups.
• Support the development of the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Group Sales Team.
• Maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the care home.
• Maximise profit performance of sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage relevant administration including budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports.
• Represent the brand with courtesy and respect to residents, relatives and stakeholders.
