Barchester is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team in Bridlington. You will support occupancy growth through a full range of sales and marketing activities, including handling enquiries, enhancing the home’s digital profile, and networking with the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents by phone and provide welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
