• Sales and customer service experience in care/homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiries to maximise occupancy and revenue for the care home.
• Host prospective customer visits and follow up with referrals.
• Support the marketing strategy to assist the Group Sales Team.
• Develop and maintain a high local profile to promote the care home.
• Maximise profit through sales targets and budget adherence.
• Handle relevant admin, budget controls and management reports.
• Be an ambassador of the Hamberley brand with courtesy and respect.
