Barchester Healthcare in Haywards Heath is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to lead sales initiatives for our care home. You will handle enquiries, promote admissions, and work with the local community to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
