• Previous experience in a sales role within a care home or healthcare setting.
• Sales and customer service experience essential in face-to-face or business-to-customer capacity.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
• Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Organise people and liaise with internal and external stakeholders while presenting a positive, professional impression.
• Manage sales enquiries to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Host prospective customer visits and follow-up calls; identify key referral groups.
• Support the development of the marketing strategy for the Group Sales Team.
• Develop and maintain a high profile to promote the care home.
• Aim to meet or exceed occupancy and weekly fees targets.
