Wood Innovations in Birmingham is seeking a Sales & Despatch Representative to join our team. The role focuses on handling sales orders, liaising with customers, and coordinating goods inwards and dispatch.

You will monitor emails, process orders in the ERP system, prepare haulage schedules, and support other departments as needed. A minimum of 3 years in customer services and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer services experience.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Experience with sales processes and order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales email inbox and respond promptly.
• Receive and process sales orders on the ERP system.
• Verify orders and payment details.
• Raise picking lists and process delivery dockets.
• Prepare haulage manifest and schedule with freight companies.
• Ensure documentation is ready for haulage handover daily.
• Handle customer queries and provide product information.
• Proactive telesales within the sales office to meet KPIs.
• Support sampling requests and trade enquiries.
