Job summary

Corus Consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support customers from order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.

You will manage enquiries across multiple channels, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes organisation, accuracy, and a collaborative approach to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with business systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries across telephone, email, live chat and social channels.
• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
• Amend orders, handle returns, credits and complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or delays.
• Update inventory and product information across channels.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Provide product information and technical guidance where applicable.
• Support customer retention and relationship management.
• Assist with account management and identify upsell opportunities.
• Contribute to team targets and service levels.
