Job summary

A leading payments provider is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts in EMEA from their London office. In this role, you will develop and execute client-focused go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue growth and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective ROI. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B marketing within the FinTech or financial services sector and be proficient in Salesforce and Pardot. You will be required to work in the London office at least two days a week.

Growth Marketing Manager

Do you want to lead growth marketing and shape the future of payments across EMEA?

The Impact you’ll have as a Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in London and lead growth marketing across the EMEA region. This is a standalone position where you will be part of a regionally distributed team.

You will play a pivotal part in driving net new revenue growth in EMEA by generating sales opportunities from owned and partner marketing campaigns which build a healthy net pipeline as well as uncovering new revenue opportunities for existing clients from upsell and cross‑sell marketing campaigns in EMEA.

What you’ll be doing as a Growth Marketing Manager
  • Developing and executing client focused go‑to‑market programs that build a strong pipeline
  • Developing effective targeting, messaging and positioning
  • Managing the discretionary marketing budget for EMEA and generating positive ROI from marketing campaigns
  • Creating campaign reporting dashboards in Salesforce
  • Tracing the performance of marketing campaigns against pre‑agreed KPIs
  • Understanding challenges and requirements of target audience to maximise impact from targeted campaigns
  • Agreeing sales opportunity targets from marketing campaigns with sales leadership in order to achieve the required sales pipeline coverage to hit revenue targets
What you’ll bring to the Growth Marketing Manager position
  • Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies aligned to regional sales targets in the payments, FinTech or financial services sector
  • Deep understanding of demand generation tactics and pipeline acceleration strategies, including multi‑channel campaign development (e.g. email, digital, events, ABM and webinars)
  • Deep knowledge of the EMEA market, including regional trends, buyer behaviour and compliance considerations
  • Strong ability to design and implement upsell and cross‑sell campaigns to expand existing customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building a healthy net‑new and expansion pipeline through marketing‑generated leads
  • Experience working closely with regional sales teams and partner channels to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives
  • Strong familiarity with lead qualification, funnel metrics and ROI tracking
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and ideally Pardot to execute campaigns and measure success
