Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the United Kingdom. You will handle enquiries, develop the digital profile of the home, and network with the local community to increase occupancy.

You will be responsible for all sales activity for the home, engaging with potential residents by phone and providing welcoming tours, while working with management to achieve occupancy targets. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
