Job summary

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in England. You will drive occupancy by managing enquiries, converting leads, and delivering engaging tours of the home to prospective residents and their families.

Using your sales and marketing expertise, you'll develop the home's digital profile, network with the local community and coordinate marketing activities to grow enquiries and occupancy, while providing excellent service to residents and relatives.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience, preferably in care services.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Good interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Must have a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester in a professional friendly manner.
• Handle all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential residents by phone and provide tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly.
• Generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
