You will drive occupancy by managing enquiries, delivering strong sales and marketing strategies, and networking with local communities. The role emphasizes professional communication and data-driven decision making.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in or outside healthcare, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, target-driven mindset with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
