Sovos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive demand for our industry-leading compliance solutions. You will connect with prospective customers, uncover opportunities, and set the stage for meaningful business relationships at the intersection of sales and marketing.

You will qualify inbound leads, work with Account Executives on territory plans, and contribute to pipeline growth using AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with fluency in Spanish.
• 0–12 months as a successful Business Development Representative or equivalent, with a track record of meeting monthly quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using AI-assisted workflows and modern sales tools to drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with prospective customers to meet targets.
• Qualify inbound leads and provide high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
• Partner with Account Executives on territory plans and pipeline development.
• Execute a formalised BD process with creative outreach to mid-level and executive contacts.
• Recommend improvements to BD strategies, processes, and tools using data insights.
