Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive market demand for industry-leading compliance solutions. You will connect with prospects, uncover opportunities, and set the stage for meaningful relationships at the intersection of sales and marketing.

You will qualify leads, collaborate with Account Executives, and contribute to territory planning while leveraging AI-assisted workflows and modern sales tools to boost pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities, meeting pipeline targets.
• Qualify inbound leads and provide high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to execute territory plans and manage multiple priorities.
• Implement a formal business development process with consistency and creativity.
• Suggest improvements to BD strategies, processes, and tools using data-driven insights.
