Sovos is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive demand for our compliance solutions. You will engage with prospective customers, identify opportunities, and nurture conversations into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with fluency in Spanish.
• 0–12 months in a Business Development/BDR role with a proven quota track record.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and modern sales tools to drive productivity.
• Experience with contact management solutions and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities, meeting pipeline targets and revenue quotas.
• Qualify inbound leads and provide strong opportunities for the sales team with AI tools.
• Partner with Account Executives to execute territory plans and manage priorities.
• Implement a formalized business development process with consistency and creativity.
• Suggest improvements to BD strategies, processes, and tools using data insights.
