What we’re looking for

• 2:1 in your chosen degree (achieved or predicted). Preferable degrees with analytical, numeric, or data focus include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data, or Science.
• Recently graduated – a bachelor’s or master’s degree obtained or to be obtained between June 2024 and August 2026.
• Right to work for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.

Programme Details

Duration: Three years, during which Vodafone will sponsor your CIMA qualification. You’ll be expected to dedicate yourself to achieving this certification.

Start date: September 2026

Location: London, Paddington HQ. Our hybrid approach means you’ll come to the office as needed, with the rest of the time working from home. Expect to be in the office about 8 days a month.
