We’re looking for a Group SAP Systems Support Officer to play a vital role in ensuring the stability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of our core SAP systems across the business.
Working within Group Finance, you’ll be a key point of contact for SAP-related support, helping colleagues across Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to get the most from systems including SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA (Finance), and Concur.
This is a hands‑on, service‑focused role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes, and working collaboratively to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll combine technical understanding with strong communication skills, supporting day‑to‑day operations while contributing to system enhancements and upgrades.
You’ll bring a proactive, organised approach and enjoy working in a role where attention to detail and collaboration really matter. You’re comfortable tackling multiple priorities and communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
