We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join our organisation. This senior role is ideal for an established Area / Regional / National Sales Manager or equivalent professional with a minimum of five years industrial water treatment experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

As Group Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our team of Area Sales Managers, Account Managers, Contracts Managers and Service Chemists across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. You will drive performance through :

  • New business development
  • Account optimisation
  • Existing client retention
  • Ensuring the achievement of individual and group sales targets

You will also directly manage a small portfolio of key accounts where appropriate.
