An educational institution in Bridgwater is looking for a Group Learning Support Manager to provide exceptional support for high needs students and oversee Additional Learning Support across the college. The ideal candidate will lead, manage, and drive standards to ensure high-quality experiences for all students. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £39,335 to £42,376 annually, along with a generous pension scheme and various employee benefits.

The Group Learning Support Manager position is a key leadership role, focused upon ensuring exceptional support for students with high needs and SEND, and leading, managing and providing oversight across the college groups Additional Learning Support area. You will drive standards across your area and consistently strive to deliver the highest quality experiences for all students.
Salary -Salary £39,335 - £42,376 Per annum *Plus 20.3% Employer Pension Contribution.
