• Line manage the H&S Advisor and develop a scalable team structure.
• Drive site compliance, risk mitigation, training, reporting.

Skills

Experience across residential, education, social housing

Tech-savvy and systems-driven mindset

Ability to operate at senior level

Education

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent

Grad IOSH or CMIOSH preferred
