Job summary

A leading fitness club in Kings Hill is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor who will be the ambassador for the Blaze Studio experience. You will manage the Blaze timetable, conduct inductions, oversee community engagement, and ensure service standards. Ideal candidates will hold a recognized fitness qualification and possess exceptional motivational and management skills. This exciting role involves training others while utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver an engaging fitness experience.

• A burning desire to motivate and educate all levels, ages (14+) and abilities.
• Demonstrate effective technique in a wide range of movements.
• Safely demonstrate various weight, Boxing and MMA exercises.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a large group.
• Solutions driven individual who can think on their feet when needed.
• 1 Year+ of teaching group fitness experiences.
• World Class customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with departments to manage Blaze timetable.
• Conduct new member inductions.
• Manage MYZONE community and club reports.
• Lead social and Blaze community events monthly.
• Deliver product through assessments and coaching sessions.
• Support team development and coaching in-line with updates.
• Conduct maintenance and manage operational standards.
• Perform weekly brand compliance checks.
• Manage Blaze marketing and social media.
• Engage employees for group training instructors.

As a result, we are looking for an outstanding Blaze Studio Supervisor who can drive the overall Studio experience and longer term have the capabilities of becoming one of our Blaze Master Trainers.

As the Blaze Supervisor You will be the ambassador for Blaze in our club and as a result, you will be responsible for a number of duties that will include:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure Blaze timetable is managed in line with Programming Excellence principles
• Club communication
• New member inductions
• Manage MYZONE community, system and club reports
• Social and Blaze community yearly calendar including events – one per month
• Product delivery through weekly assessments and coaching sessions
• Team development and ongoing coaching in-line with new product updates
• Weekly, training, development and coaching of Instructor team.
• All maintenance and PMP management
• Cleaning and operational standards (BOH/FOH)
• Weekly brand compliance checks
• Blaze marketing and social media management
• Employee engagement and HR non-negotiable for group training instructors
• Weekly Payroll
• Weekly H&S checks and compliance
• Weekly revenue and merchandise reviews
