Qualifications

• Must have approximately 3 years of grounds maintenance experience.
• Approximately one year of experience operating compact tractors and/or specialised triple mowers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day grounds maintenance operations.
• Use compact tractors, triple mowers, and petrol-driven machinery for grass cutting.
• Undertake weed spraying operations and operate remote-controlled grass cutting equipment.
• Assist in hedge cutting, shrub, flowerbed maintenance, and litter collection.

Job description

The horticultural team are looking for a grounds maintenance driver/ operative to join the team and carry out day to day grounds maintenance operations, which includes the use of compact tractors and specialist triple mowers and other petrol driven machinery for the purpose of grass cutting. The successful candidate will also undertake weed spraying operations via the quad bikes and operate the remote controlled grass cutting equipment. Other operations include hedge cutting, shrub and flowerbed maintenance and assisting in general gardening and litter collection when required., You must ensure that anything submitted in your application is factually accurate.
