AECOM is seeking a Grid Modernization Sector Lead to drive growth in our Energy practice. You will develop multi-year growth strategy, manage senior client relationships, and lead advisory services across Europe & India region.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in business development and market strategy development.
- Knowledge of energy policy and grid transmission & distribution networks.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year growth strategy with metrics and account plans.
- Identify and propose new projects, negotiate partnerships, and close transactions.
- Lead grid modernization advisory services and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Build relationships with regional utilities, developers and government bodies.
- Support energy projects during execution with domain expertise.
- Communicate complex processes clearly and effectively.
